We took our first cat who we brought down with us from Virginia to Safe Haven until we had to put him down due to cancer. They were terrific in caring for him throughout and handled the end with caring.in 2016. When we became parents if a 1.4# kitten rescued from our backyard we immediately took him to Saf E Haven. They have again been terrific as he has matured over the last two years. Definitely a first class operation that truly cares.

Front office staff is very responsive and always so caring. Dr Puckett is amazing! She always listens to my concerns and you can tell really cares about my animals. She cares for my dog and cats. Highly recommend this office

Met with Dr Williams today, He was very knowledgeable and kind to my 2 senior babies. He did a full exam on both, and told me what I should be concerned about and what I shouldn’t worry about. Very honest vet!! Will definitely go back, and Highly recommend!

Great and friendly staff. Always helpfull and responsive. Vegetarians Dr's. are great. Been going here with my dog going on 8 years and I am so satisfied with all the services here and would reconend for anyone.

Well staffed, professional, patient, friendly. The cost of veterinary care has greatly increased over the past decade or more, so I feel they are aligned with the rest of the market. At least they have been worth what they charged us.

This vet has been very reasonable, straightforward, accommodating, and caring the several times I've been there for either regular check ups or more immediate need. Have recommended them to others and I only do that when I am assured my dogs are well cared for.

Wonderful atmosphere, everyone I interacted with was lovely. The doctor took his time with my fur baby and really went over things with me.

The entire experience at Safe Haven Vet was amazing! The front desk is friendly and welcoming. The exterior and interior is well taken care of and comfortable. Dr. Williams is always amazing and the techs are also amazing! They don’t push extra services that are not necessary. Overall a wonderful experience!

Love how much the staff, the techs, and doctors adore animals! When someone loves your pet, you feel connected. Love this place and highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Safe Haven Veterinary Hospital. The whole team is so kind, patient, and caring. They always make my dog feel comfortable and safe, and they take the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I really appreciate how thorough they are and how they never make me feel rushed. They even follow up after visits, which shows how much they truly care. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in such good hands—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Our first visit today with Cosmo our newly adopted canine family member. The visit was absolutely amazing from the warm welcome to being greeted by Joe the Vet.Tech to meeting Dr. Puckett who made friends with Cosmo in an instant. The exam was very thorough and his medical needs were explained to us in language we could comprehend. We would absolutely recommend Safe Haven to any pet owner looking for caring and professional medical care for their pet.

The staff and doctors are the best 10 out of 10. I have been to so many Veterinary facilities in my life Safe Haven is simply the best! Our dog used to be afraid to go the Vet, not here! Thank you for all you do for our dog Josie and always communicating so well with us making everything so easy.
